Position Overview:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Handyman/Carpenter to step into a key role on our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in home repairs and maintenance, be a self-starter, and comfortable leading projects independently. Your craftsmanship will be instrumental in ensuring all work meets our high standards of quality.

Beyond carpentry, you’ll also handle various handyman tasks and repairs, with occasional outreach to new clients to introduce our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction: Build frameworks, structures, and fixtures following blueprints and specifications.

• Renovations & Repairs: Upgrade and repair wooden structures, ensuring durability and an attractive finish.

• Precise Measurements & Cuts: Accurately measure and cut materials for seamless installations.

• Project Assistance: Aid in quoting jobs and scheduling work when needed.

• Regulatory Compliance: Follow all safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

• Effective Communication: Keep clear, professional communication with clients, team members, and supervisors to ensure smooth project progress.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years working in construction.

• Skilled in various carpentry techniques, tools, and problem-solving.

• Experience with general handyman tasks such as painting, drywall, and caulking.

• Knowledge of job estimating and project scheduling is a plus.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, and dedication to quality craftsmanship.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Trade certification is preferred but not mandatory.
